Fix Missing MSVCP100.dll Error

If you see a “MSVCP100.dll was not found” error when launching WISH ROSE, install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable to restore the missing runtime library.

1. Check Your Windows Version

• Go to Settings → System → About and find yourSystem type (32-bit or 64-bit).

2. Download the Redistributable

• Open the official page: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable
• Select both vcredist_x86.exe for 32-bit and vcredist_x64.exe for 64-bit Windows, then click Next to download.

3. Install the Package

• Run the downloaded .exe.
• Accept the license terms and click Install.
• Wait for completion, then click Finish.

4. Reboot Your PC

Restarting ensures Windows registers the new DLL files correctly.

5. Verify the Fix

• Launch WISH ROSE. The missing‐DLL error should no longer appear.

Tip: On 64-bit Windows you can install both x86 and x64 packages to support older 32-bit games or utilities.
